After a rare 0* rating in January 2019, I suspect John Yeung's is closed for good, but it wasn't completely derelict when I saw it in February 2020, so not sure.

The takeaway definitely shut for a time after its 1* rating in December 2018, but it didn't actually look Closed Down in February 2020.
