I'm hoping in years to come, this Blog will prove to be a valuable record of the great Chinese Takeaway tradition in Britain. Every picture is a genuine photo taken by yours truly (I have had many a strange look but have bluffed my way so far without having a Chinese chef with his hatchet chasing me away).
